Registration
Registration covers both days unless a single-day rate is chosen, and every rate includes the digital proceedings. Presenting authors must be registered by 31 July to appear in the final programme.

Cancellations before 1 September are refunded in full less a £25 administration fee. The public evening lecture on Thursday needs no registration, in the room or on the stream.

Bursaries
Twenty full fee waivers are reserved for doctoral researchers presenting first-author work, with priority for participants travelling from low- and middle-income countries. A short statement of need is requested at registration; decisions follow within two weeks.

Access
Live captions run in every room and on the stream. Step-free access, a quiet room and a nursing room are available for the full two days. Tell us what you need on the registration form and the access team will confirm arrangements.

Visas and letters
Invitation letters for visa applications are issued within three working days of a completed registration. Write to the registration desk with the name as it appears on your passport.
The Assembly Hall, Gower Street
Ten minutes' walk from Euston, King's Cross St Pancras and Russell Square. Three Bloomsbury hotels hold rooms at a conference rate until 1 September; codes arrive with the confirmation email.
The registration desk is open 08:00–17:30 on Thursday and 08:30–16:00 on Friday.
