ICHRC 2027
7–8 October 2027Hybrid (in person and online)
Submit an abstract

Everything goes through the conference submission system. You can start an abstract, save it and come back to it; nothing reaches the committee until you submit. Questions go to papers@ichrc2027.org.

01

Create an account

One account per presenting author, using your institutional email. It is also how the reviewers’ comments reach you.

02

Prepare the file

PDF, 500 words excluding references, stating the question, the method, the evidence and what the finding changes. No names or affiliations anywhere in the file.

03

Nominate a track

One of the six. The committee may move your paper to another track with your agreement, which happens most often to work that sits between two.

04

Submit and wait

Two committee members read every abstract double-blind. Notification is on 30 April, with the scores and the comments.

Before you press send

  • The file carries no author name, affiliation, funder or acknowledgement — check the PDF metadata as well as the text.
  • The work is unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
  • Empirical papers carry a data and code availability statement.
  • Any use of generative tools in drafting is disclosed; authorship remains human.
  • You have nominated one track and no more than three keywords.
